PRIVACY POLICY FOR FTN NOTES PORTAL

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected in connection with your use of the FTN Notes Portal (the “Portal”). It applies to all users placing orders for FTN Notes and associated NFTs through the Portal.

By accessing or using the Portal, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

The data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data is the operator of the FTN Notes Portal (the “Company”), incorporated and operating under the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

  • identification data: full legal name, government-issued identification documents;

  • contact details: registered email address (same as on Fastex Exchange), phone number, shipping address (country, city, street, postal code);

  • account data: Fastex Exchange User ID and wallet activity relevant to FTN Notes;

  • device / Usage data: IP address, browser data, and usage logs (for Portal functionality and fraud prevention).
